looking for Beta readers for my second book

I am looking for at least 25 to 30 Beta Readers for my second book. To help me finalize the final draft. i want you to be critical and give me honest feedback about what does not work. What you like and everything in between.I have  included a sign up form here for anyone interested.Everyone who does get involved and email me back the questionnaire after reading the first draft manuscript will be added to the acknowledgements section in the book.
